This zippy dressing for my Sesame Ginger Slaw doesn’t skimp on flavor, thanks to fresh ginger, pineapple, and tahini. It makes a great side for grilled chicken or fish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. tahini
  • 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 12 oz. coleslaw mix (4 cups)

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing: In a blender or small food processor, purée the first 7 ingredients together until smooth. 
  2. Toss with the coleslaw mix.
